This hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood. It's only a short walk to the main squares and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained. I loved the high ceilings and the big shower in my room. The hotel also offers great amenities like room service and car hire. this place provided a great experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, surrounded by charming old buildings and cobblestone streets. It was the perfect starting point to explore the beautiful city. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I especially loved the double balcony that offered fine views of the city and its lively atmosphere. the staff at the front desk were helpful, providing us with useful directions and recommendations.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the breakfast selection was not very excellent, and I found that they didn't replenish the food fast enough, especially if you arrive later in the morning.

The hotel's location in Seville is excellent, near the cathedral and the Juderia. The personnel is kind and the hotel is comfortable. Refreshing ice water is available and there is a 24-hour help desk.

The hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the city's famous landmarks and the surrounding neighborhood was quaint and quiet. There were many restaurant options within walking distance and the staff were very helpful, offering car and bicycle rental services and guiding me through tours and ticket purchases. The room was clean and well-maintained with all necessary amenities such as in-room safe, air conditioning, soundproof walls, and flat-screen TV. Additionally, the hotel provided nice leisure facilities such as Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and babysitting/child services.

Despite the hotel's many positives, the breakfast area was quite small and crowded during peak hours. Nevertheless, I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends due to the hotel's exceptional customer service, helpful staff, and prime location.

Another great thing about the hotel was its location. It was conveniently located just a short walk from popular attractions like the Alcazar and cathedral. There was a privacy issue in the bathroom with a glass door that didn't fully close, allowing sound to easily travel into the room.
